Pretty in BlueCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

I printed this onto satin finish paper and cut it out. I mounted the base layer onto a 5x7 card using DST and built up the decoupage using 2mm sticky pads and a small amount of wet glue for the butterflies bodies.
