Cat and Fuschia Step by Step Decoupage CardCompleted by Maurine Tapscott

I printed the picture onto soft-gloss photopaper, then added the decoupage layers. I embellished the picture with stickles glitter, soft green pearls, then outlined the print with vinyl peeloffs. I layered purple and red cardstock for borders.
