A Jewel of a CatCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached some background paper from my craft box to the card using double sided tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape and attached this to the card also using thin foam tape
