I printed this topper onto card along with the corresponding backing paper Cup274153_1495 which I printed onto A5 size paper as I wanted a smaller design.

I stuck the backing paper inside the card then mat and layered a sentiment plague to match the front design which I had matt and layered and decoupaged, I then creased and folded the front of a plain C6 card and placed the topper on the inside front of the card and cut round half of the topper so when the card front was folded back the topper stood out, I finished by adding some peel off corners and a Happy Birthday sentiment.
