Birthday Wishes to You Cat Sings Card with DecoupageCompleted by Cards by Maggie

I printed out on matte photo paper after resizing. I cut out all the images and attached the base image to a die cut with d s tape. I again used d s tape to attach the die cut to my card. I built up the decoupage wit silicone glue.

A fun card for a cat lover.
