Cat and Mouse Best Friends Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Julie Lynch

Downsized and printed 2 pictures onto 1 sheet of glossy photo paper. Cut out all pictures and attached base picture to white cardstock then onto pink cards. Used silicone to decoupage rest of pieces. Added text tags and rhinestone bling and a wool ribbon on one. So cute.
