Cat in the Windowbox Watercolour Decoupage SheetCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the flowers and the centre of the bow. I added a silver peel off greeting to complete this lovely card
