Wait for it...the cat's chorus is about to begin! This design can either be used as a quick card front or if you wish you can decoupage it as well.
TIP: If you use a combination of foam pads for raised centres and silicone gel around the edges after shaping the pieces with an embossing tool you will achieve that nice rounded 3D effect.

i layered the main image sheet onto a white pearl base card and added a gold border peel off around the main frame and i added the decoupaged elements using 1mm foam pads..i like this image and the decoupage makes the cats look alive
