I printed off the design onto photographic paper and cut out the different parts. I assembed the decoupage. I made a square card and attached a backing paper to the front of the card with double sided tape.
I also add some organza ribbon with colour similar to the backing paper. I then attached the design to the card with double sided tape. Would make a lovely card for any occasion.
