Kitten in Flowerpot Birthday Card FrontCompleted by Dorothy Manchester

I cut out the flowerpot cat and matted it on purple card stock. I used foam adhesive to decoupage the cat and the flowers. I used my Sizzix to add a decorative heart border. I added pearl paint on the heart and on the kitten's nose.

I added a few clay flowers & added 'What's Mew?" to the Happy Birthday sentiment.
