A very cute card....I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some brass brads and a silver bell to the kitty's collar

covered a card blank with some pale green paper, attched my finished topper and edged with matching coloured peeloffs. I added a cat button and a fish skeletons to the corners. Another great card for a cat loving male.
