Bichon Frise 3D Decoupage with BackgroundCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

This was printed onto 120gsm satin finish paper. I cut the backing paper to 14.5cms square and mounted onto silver mirri card leaving a small border and attached centrally to a landscape A5 card with DST.

I attached the 3 ribbon strips with wet glue and the greeting with a 2mm foam pad. I mounted the base layer onto silver mirri card using DST leaving a small border and built up the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
