Cavalier King Charles Spaniel 3D Decoupage with BackgroundCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I trimmed the background to fit a white square textured card and outlined it with gold peel-off stickers. I matted the image onto gold patterned paper and attached it to the card, slightly offset.

I cut the loops off the bone charms and created 'kisses' with them as shown. Finally I used peel-offs to add a sentiment on the blank label. This is a very sweet image of a ruby Cavalier.
