I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base. The decoupage was added with foam pads.

To finish I used the Matching insert inside, added Clear Gems to Three corners. I matted a Greeting Tag and the small topper to Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and cut out. The Greeting Tag was added to the top corner of my card with foam tape and the small topper was added to the reverse of my card with d/s tape.
