I matted the base layer onto Gold Embossed card, with d/s tape and then used d/s tape to layer it onto a Cream card blank.

I then layered the decoupage with foam pads.

The Greeting Tag was matted on to Gold Embossed card with foam tape and added to the top of the card with foam tape.

To finish I added little Coloured Pearls to the Flowers and base.
