I printed this lovely sheet onto 280 gsm card. I then covered an A5 size card with blue wisteria backing paper. For the decoupage and greeting, I used 3mm square foam pads. I mounted the decoupaged and greeting onto gold mirror board.

I then centred the finished topper and stuck down with double sided tape.
