I printed the sheet out onto 300gsm, Super Smooth, white cardstock. I then cut out all the pieces. I took a cream, 6" square base card and attached the base image directly to this. I then used foam tape to attach the next, square, layer.

I shaped the decoupage pieces and attached them using glue gel, before using 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape to attach the greeting and title panels.
