Puppy Love 5

After I printed the sheet on a good quality of paper, I cut out the elements. Layerd with 3D pads on a A6 card, and decorate it with a bow and gems. Very cute sheet.

With this design I printed it out onto photo paper, I then cut out all the elements and placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card adding a silver border all round the edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design, using 2mm sticky pads.
