Cute Poodle Quick Card with DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Jones

I used a co-ordinating blue square card blank and added the topper centrally. I used some of the decoupage elements and the blank sentiment topper. To complete I added blue peel off corners, silver peel off sentiment and a gold gem to the centre of the flower
