I printed onto light printable card, approx 160gsm. I folded an A4 sheet of card in half length ways to make a DL card base. I attached the base layer using DST and then cut around the shaped corners.

I cut around the decoupage layer leaving approx 1mm border and attached using 2mm foam pads. I cut out a few of the extra elements and decoupaged them using silicone gel.
