I printed this really cute design on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and elements, added the decoupage with silicone glue and added a gold Happy Birthday peel off sentiment..

I made a gated box effect card blank from A4 white card and mounted the finished picture to the centre with dst and attached a sheet of accetate across the front.

To finish off I used dst to cover the two side panels with doggy card which I framed with gold peel off borders and corners.
