I printed out the sheet then cut it out and added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added a small pearl to the centre of the bow on the little dogs head to complete this gorgeous card.
