I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card trimming the front of the card so that the design, when attached, is over the edge.

I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I lined the inside of the card with some paper from my craft box.
