Puppy Love 2 Birthday Boy Over the TopCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I printed it out onto matt photo card, then cut out all the elements, I first made up the base by placing the design onto the fold of the card then cutting around the base, I finished my card by making up the design using 2mm sticky pads.
