I printed the design out onto Matte Crafty Bob paper. I decided to split the layers onto two cards so as not too make it a very deep card so only cut out the base card and layers 2 and 4. I've made up several of these 3D Decoupage dog cards as simple square cards that were very suitable for men, but this time I decided to pretty it up a little with flourishes and flowers, without going over the top with colour, so I cut out some flourishes out of 250gsm textured cream cardstock using the flourishes cutting file from cup402402_596 in my Silhouette Cameo. I scored an A4 card of cream Adorable Scorable cardstock. I attached the base image to this using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape. I then shaped the decoupage layers and stuck them on in order using glue gel. I used the same glue to attach the flourishes and some cream mulberry flowers from my crafting stash.
I've not put on a greeting yet as I don't know what language it will be needed in, but I've put the image more towards the left of the card front to allow a small area on the right for the greeting to be added.
