I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage parts and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a white card base.

Just a little pink gem in the center of the ribbon is all the embellishment I added. This little pup is so cute that lucky recipient will only have eyes for her.
