The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I created a large square card blank using very pastel pink silk art card. I mounted the topper onto a piece of swiss dot embossed cream card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used 2 of the tags, card candy, brads and gems to decorate.
