Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto blue check paper, then onto white card. i used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.

I printed this sheet onto 160gsm card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. A beautiful, soft design for the tiny ones.
