Milly Moo Cow's Good Luck Clover Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Carolyn Norris
OccasionI printed the sheet twice and cut out all the pieces on one sheet and just the flowers from the other sheet. I punched out a scalloped oval out of the pink polka dotted background of the second sheet and used foam dots to attach my sentiment onto it. I then assembled Milly using foam dots and attached her to the center of the provided pink polka dotted background. I glued the scalloped sentiment to the bottom right corner (I hung it down and over a bit off the background) and then slipped the flower in behind the top layer and attached with a foam dot. ( I did have to cut some of the flower off to get it to slide between the two layers of the greeting.) I then attached the remaining three flowers in each of the other corners.
For the matte, I cut a piece of contrasting cardstock 1/2" larger than the pink square. I used a corner and matching border punch to soften the edges a bit. Then Millie was glued onto the matte and the matte was glued to a mint green card base. Lastly, I rounded the edges of the green card base.
This is a quick and easy to make card that would be great to make and have on hand as it can be used for so many occasions. Just to mention a few .... retirement new job, moving, exam writing, competitions. There is also a Happy Birthday greeting provided and a blank oval to stamp or print any greeting you may require.
