i printed out the image onto glossy photo card. i then cut out the back ground and the main image.

I then covered the card with background paper and layered the main image onto a slightly bigger piece of light yellow card.

I then decoupaged the image and stuck it all down. i then added the happy birthday tag to it. and Viola.....one easy and quick card..
