I printed the sheeet the sheet out onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock and cut out the layers. I attached the base layer to a sheet of brown Bazzil Bling cardstock. I then used a sanding block to roughen the edge of both the base image and mat. I took an A4 sheet of Centura Pearl Snow White cardstock and scored and folded it in half. Onto this I attached a panel of gold vellum which I'd trimmed to 1cm smaller than the base card on all sides and punched the corners to round them. I just used some roller glue pen to attach the vellum, putting it behind the area I intended to attach the topper. As I'm thinking of hand delivering this card to the intended recipient I've gone for 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape to attach both the matted base layer to the card and to build up the other layers.

I'm out of the Welsh peel-offs in the wording I want to put on this card, and it isn't needed for a couple of months, so I've left it without for the time being.
