I added a sentiment tag to the sheet before I printed on matte card, I wet glued the picture to a matching base card then added the decoupage and sentiment tag with foam squares, added some highlights with glitter glue and Glossy Accents on the eyes.

I added gift cards to the spaces in the sheets before I printed.
