What a fantastic card for that horse lover!

I printed the file on photo paper and cut out the elements. Because I like the 'bling' factor, I added glitter to the outside edge of the sentiment tile and the frame around the horse.

I made good use of the blank tile to write my own sentiment in French.

I created the 3D look using foam pieces. I then matted the piece on burgundy card stock. To bring out the pretty lace on the file, I framed the center with lace. To create an 'earthy' look, I mounted the piece on brown corrugated card stock.

What a stunning look!
