Lovely Horses in a FrameCompleted by Patricia Holt

I covered the front of an A4 card with card from DCWV 'Pocket of Posies Stack' before adding the decoupage picture and 'Happy Birthday'.

I had used double sided tape to put the main picture onto the card and thin foam pads to make up the decoupage.
