I used a cream irridescent card as a base for this. I printed out the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out all the layers.

From my crafting stash I used a gold holographic card, around 1cm larger than the base layer of the decoupage to mat it directly onto.

I also used a strip of backing paper from my stash, which had tonally similar shades to the image background and made a scroll either end and placed it behind the matted image before putting it onto the card.

The cut out meerkat images where then layered onto the base in order using some 2mm double sided foam tape.

I finished it off with some gold peeloffs to make this Mother's day card.
