Printed onto glossy photo paper and then decoupage using foam pads. I matted onto blue stripey paper then onto a square card blank.

I edged with gold peeloffs and added a double bow in blue satin ribbon, I added a couple of fabric prams and some matching blue gems. another really cute card for a new baby boy.
