Bear Boy Party Card with DecoupageCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Blue/turcois base frame and glued the main design on to it and then glued them on to a White CUP Scalloped card.

I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on to the card with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy card to make out of this cute, loving and Beautiful design!! I recomend this design to all of you! Enjoy your crafting!
