Bear with a Big Heart Card with DecoupageCompleted by Jaynescards

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and then cut out the decoupage. I added some heart design paper to a white card blank and then attached the topper. I finished by adding some pearl gems and gold corner peeloffs.
