I printed out the image onto 190gsm photo quality card then cut out all the elements.
I placed the base on a dotted cardstock in similar color to the card i then decoupaged the image using foam pads before adding gems to the bows on the corners and big gems on the hair ribbon, shoes and around the skirt, great for loads of occasions i left this one with no sentiment
