Santa Bear Sledging Step by Step Decoupage TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 deckle edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the fur on teddys hat and to the snow in the bushes and to the centre of the large snowflakes.
