Teddy Bear Card Front

I printed on to matte photo paper at a reduced size. I first of all covered a 13.5cms card with a polka dot paper. Mounted the topper towards the top left of my card. Layered all elements. Added pearls, a bow and a sentiment. A gorgeous, very cute design.

I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
