i used a 5x5 blue card stock. matted it with baby teddy backing paper added silver peel off border. layered up the image and added 3 tiny blue spotty buttons on each corner. a blue ribbon bow to one side. and a small image of the centre teddy to the bottom right corner. what a cute card.
