I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a white base card...I cut out the porthole and attached acetate to the back of it to make it look like glass...I then added it to the card using foam pads for extra depth...I used silicone gel to add the rest of the decoupage...this is a beautiful design and the colours are stunning.
