Hoppy Birthday Frog Decoupage SheetCompleted by Suzanne Burrows

I put a blue flowery backing paper onto a card base and added yellow glitter in the middle of the flowers, then i layered the base of the design onto gold mirror board, then made up the decoupage and added yellow glitter to the flowers in the design, then used a glittery gel pen to out line the eyelases and swirlsand added that to the card with foam pads, to finish i added glitter to the sentiment.
