I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape for the rest of the card construction. I adhered the card front to a turquoise blue matte before attaching it to a blank, scalloped, white card.

This delightful design could be used for new baby occasions or a young child's birthday.
