I printed this card using glossy card. I then attached the card to blue card using double sided tape.

I attached the decoupage pieces using foam pieces. I then attached multiple colour small gems on the icing of the cup cake to look like there were sprinkles on the icing. I attached the sentiment using foam pieces also.
