Polar Bear Card with a Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a blank, white, scalloped card.

A turquoise ribbon was tied around the card spine and the bow was attached in the center of the card with a glue dot.

This is an endearing Christmas design that is very easy to cut and assemble.
