Under the SeaCompleted by Jaynescards

I printed onto glossy photo paper and added the decoupage with foam pads. I covered a card blank with blue mottled paper and then added the topper, which I edged with silver peel offs.

I added the greeting at an angle and finished with card candi. Wonderful colours in this card.
