Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper, I cut a border on my card blank with my cutting machine and mounted the topper 'over the edge' style, decoupaged with foam pads, added a bird to the book and tied blue cord around the top and extended the washing line, I added 2 blue babygro's, suitable for baby boys birthday or birth card.
