Printed onto Gloss photo paper. DST was used to stick the Topper to a pretty white card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage. I put some Crystal Glitter on parts of the Balloon. I then stuck blue butterfly gems, on each corner.

This is a Brilliant design, I like the choice of sentiments, I used the Family one.
